About Uplifting Syrian Women

مبادرة رقمية، تعليمية، توعوية، غير ربحية تأسست في منتصف شهر آذار/مارس من عام 2021، لمساعدة النساء السوريات بكافة الأعمار وجميع نشاطاتنا مجانية وعبر الإنترنت. تضم المبادرة مزيجاً يعكس المزيج الحقيقي للشارع السوري من أشخاص منوعي العمر والنوع والآراء والاهتمامات والاختصاصات التعليمية، ومن جميع أنحاء سورية. اجتمعوا إيماناً بفكرة ضرورة النهوض بالمجتمع مجدداً عبر النهوض والارتقاء بنسائه وذلك عبر مساندة هذه النساء والسير معهن خطوة خطوة حتى أهدافهن المنشودة.

اخترنا تقديم هذه الخدمات بعد دراستنا لاحتياجات النساء السوريات الحالية. وجب التنويه أن بعض الخدمات جديدة وسيبدأ تقديمها عمّا قريب.

دورات تعليمية

تقديم دورات تعليمية مجانية في جميع المجالات الممكن إتقانها عبر الإنترنت.

ورشات عمل

تقديم ورشات عمل مجانية تساعد على دخول سوق العمل.

جلسات نقاشية مباشرة

تقديم جلسات نقاشية عبر البث المباشر أو برنامج غوغل مييت لمناقشة قضايا تهمّ النساء والمرأة السورية تحديداً.

The initiative is first and foremost a family, like all Syrian families, happy regardless of all hardships, innovative despite lack of resources, rich with members so different yet share the love to give.
So far, our family has done its best to help Syrian women improve their lives, and will continue to do what every Syrian family does gazing upon awaiting challenges, it will proceed.

Given that all of our activities are online, and none of them is on ground, we don’t really have a specific geographical scope, and all our services are targeted to Syrian women, especially those residing in Syria, and Syrian women living abroad in general.
آلية العمل
1. عرض الخدمة على صفحة المبادرة. 2. ملأ المتقدمات لاستمارة على أساسها نختار المقبولات منهنّ. 3. مراسلة المقبولات عبر الإيميل. 4. إجراء مقابلة للتأكد من استيفاء المرشّحة للاستفادة للمتطلبات وتأكيد التزامها. 5. البدء في تنفيذ الخدمة. 6. المتابعة بشكل أسبوعي مع المستفيدات والمتطوعين لمعرفة مدى جودة الخدمة.
طرق تقديم الخدمات
سبق وذكرنا أن جميع خدماتنا عبر الإنترنت ولا شيء منها على أرض الواقع والبرامج التي نستخدمها لتقديم الخدمات هي: 1. غوغل ميت. 2. زووم. ويجب أن تكون مثبتة لدى كل من الراغبين في التطوع ضمن فريقنا أو الاستفادة من خدماتنا.
من يستطيع الانضمام إلينا؟
أي شخص يؤمن بأهدافنا ولديه رغبة عميقة في إحداث تغيير حقيقي، والمساعدة في إعادة بناء المجتمع السوري عبر مساعدة نساء هذا المجتمع.
هل نتواصل في حال الرفض مع المتطوعين أو المستفيدات؟
لا، نتواصل عند القبول فقط
هل يمكن للمستفيدة التسجيل للاستفادة من خدمات آخرى؟
For sure, although priority is given to those who haven’t yet benefited.
على أي أساس يتم اختيار المقبولات؟
Firstly, the applicant should meet all the admission requirements mentioned within the form, and provide accurate contact information. Secondly, their answer to the question “why do you need this service?” plays an important role in their acceptance, so please think carefully before you answer.
